Parkway Theater
Parkway Theater & Film Lounge
Haven’t you always wanted to see The Godfather on the big screen again — with a hearty bowl of spaghetti and a glass of wine to go with it?
You’ll find that and a lot more at the Parkway.
The Parkway Theater is a small neighborhood movie house on Broadway Avenue in the Stowe Township business district. A café sits in the front of the house; a viewing room and stage fill the back. Vintage furniture and repurposed church pews create
intimate seating, giving the place an essence of cool that’s universally appealing to artists, residents, young professionals, and families across the region.
Notable events include the Oscar Night Gala, gnocchi-making classes paired with classic Italian films, the Cleveland Film Festival, and the Three Stooges Fest — and tickets typically cost less than $10.
The Parkway is an initiative of the Community Reel Arts Center, whose mission is to enhance the cultural vitality of the Sto-Rox community and surrounding region through the art of film.
